Anneliese Louise van der Pol is a native of Holland and an American actress and singer. Her most well-known roles include theater actress as well in the role of Chelsea Daniels from the Disney Channel's That's So Raven. Anneliese van der Pol, is an American performer (female) is most well known as a recurring role on the show That's So Raven. Van der Pol was a member of Disney Channel supergroup The Disney Channel Circle of Stars With who she recorded pop/R&B versions of the"Lion King's" Circle of Life and Cinderella's The Dream Is a Wish Your Heart Makes for special editions of the films. In 2006, she covered the Disney track Candle on the Water (from Pete's Dragon) in an edition of Disneymania. She recorded several of the tracks from the show, including A Change in Me.
